Acceptable Use Policy
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy protects users, networks, payment processors, hosting providers, and the public from abuse. It applies to all accounts, VPN profiles, subscriptions, free trials, manually activated users, and API or portal access.
2. Prohibited Activity
You may not use the service for spam, phishing, scams, credential stuffing, brute force attacks, malware, botnets, command-and-control traffic, denial-of-service attacks, unauthorized scanning, unauthorized access, harassment, threats, stalking, doxxing, exploitation of minors, copyright infringement, piracy, payment fraud, card testing, sanctions evasion, illegal marketplaces, or any activity that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
3. Network Abuse
You may not overload the service, interfere with other users, bypass rate limits, resell shared access, operate public proxies or relay services without written approval, send unsolicited bulk traffic, or use compromised devices or credentials.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations using account records, VPN metadata, payment events, support reports, host/provider notices, and lawful requests. We may warn, throttle, suspend, revoke profiles, terminate accounts, block payments, preserve evidence, or report serious abuse where appropriate.
5. Abuse Reports
Abuse reports should be sent to the abuse email listed on this website and should include timestamps, source/destination IPs, logs, URLs, packet captures if available, and a clear description of the issue.
