1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the OX-VPN website, account portal, OpenVPN configuration files, authentication systems, support channels, and related network services. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, downloading a VPN profile, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to the Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Logging Policy, and any plan-specific terms displayed at checkout.

2. Eligibility and Account Security

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and must provide accurate account, billing, and contact information. You are responsible for protecting your account password, VPN username, VPN password, device profiles, and downloaded configuration files. You may not sell, sublicense, share, resell, or transfer access unless we give written permission.

3. Lawful Use Only

The service is provided for lawful privacy, security, remote access, and network protection uses. You agree not to use the service for spam, fraud, credential attacks, malware distribution, unauthorized access, harassment, infringement, evasion of legal obligations, payment abuse, or activity that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payment Processors

Paid access requires an active subscription or a manually approved free/trial period. Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers on this server. Your access may be suspended or limited if a payment fails, a chargeback is opened, a payment provider flags risk, or your account violates these Terms.

5. Suspension, Revocation, and Abuse Handling

We may suspend accounts, revoke VPN certificates, disable individual device profiles, limit traffic, block authentication, or terminate service where we believe there is abuse, fraud, security risk, legal risk, excessive load, payment dispute, sanctions risk, or policy violation. We may preserve relevant operational records as needed to investigate abuse, enforce our policies, protect users, comply with law, or respond to payment processor requirements.

6. Service Availability

The service is provided on a commercially reasonable, best-effort basis. Availability may be affected by maintenance, network congestion, upstream providers, denial-of-service attacks, lawful requests, infrastructure limits, emergency security changes, abuse mitigation, or force majeure events. We may modify endpoints, ports, device limits, authentication requirements, supported protocols, and technical limits when needed to operate the service safely.

7. No Illegal Circumvention

You are responsible for understanding whether VPN use is permitted in your location and for your use case. We do not authorize use of the service to bypass court orders, sanctions, export controls, copyright systems, platform rules, school or workplace security controls, or government restrictions where doing so would be unlawful.

8. Intellectual Property

The website, brand, documentation, software integration, and service materials are owned by us or our licensors. OpenVPN and other third-party components remain subject to their own licenses. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service during your valid subscription or approved free period.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, fitness for a particular purpose, or absolute anonymity. We are not responsible for losses caused by your misuse, compromised credentials, third-party networks, blocked services, external websites, or legal restrictions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, security, or payment processor requirements. Material changes will be posted on the website or communicated through account contact details where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
