Refund Policy
1. Subscription Billing
Subscriptions renew according to the plan selected at checkout unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous charges unless required by law or expressly approved under this policy.
2. Refund Review
Refunds are reviewed case by case. We may consider service availability, duplicate payments, accidental purchase, technical failure, unused service time, customer location, consumer protection rights, and payment processor requirements. Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method through the payment processor.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We may deny refunds where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, chargeback manipulation, policy violation, excessive usage, unauthorized resale, malware/spam activity, credential sharing, or account suspension for security reasons. We may also deny refunds for partial periods where the service was available and the account was not cancelled before renewal, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
4. Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, statutory withdrawal/cancellation rights, or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. EU/EEA and UK consumers may have additional rights depending on the nature of the purchase, timing, disclosures, and whether service performance began with consent.
